Studio 57429 – Giantess medical foot smelling procedure and ballbusting

In a sterile medical setting, a petite nurse clad in purple scrubs and a face mask prepares for a peculiar procedure. A towering giantess, also in purple, sits on a raised platform, engrossed in a clipboard. The diminutive patient’s body is exposed, anticipating the giantess’s intense medical examination. The scene hints at a humiliating and fetishistic experience, focusing on the giantess’s oversized feet and the nurse’s subservient position. The atmosphere is one of clinical fetishism, with a focus on size difference and power dynamics.
